The Kentucky Lottery's digital shelf now carries NeoGames Studio content: Aristocrat Interactive announced that games from its in-house studio are live with the lottery under a five-year agreement, starting with The Lamp, an eInstant title that has already resonated with players across the US. The announcement was reported on October 16, 2026.

What the deal adds

The rollout expands Kentucky's digital offering with eInstant games designed to lift engagement while supporting responsible gameplay. NeoGames Studio brings more than two decades of award-winning iLottery production to the market, and The Lamp leads a slate of player-favorite titles rather than a one-off test. The channel matters: for example, an Illinois player took $800,000 through the iLottery channel earlier this month, a reminder of where state digital programs already move money between draws.

How it was built

Aristocrat Interactive worked with Brightstar, the Kentucky Lottery's iLottery systems provider, on the integration, framing the launch as seamless for players moving from the existing digital offer to the new content. First the systems layer, then the content: the provider relationship is what lets a new studio title appear inside an established wallet without a separate sign-up. The five-year term sets the horizon for the partnership; the company did not publish a title schedule beyond The Lamp.

Why eInstants matter for state lotteries

eInstant games let state lottery digital programs run without a draw schedule, giving players an instant result on phone or desktop. For Kentucky, pairing a proven studio with an established systems provider is a low-friction way to test how far the format travels - and for Aristocrat, another North American market for content built in-house, because iLottery shelves refresh on content cadence rather than on draw nights.

Industry Context and Analysis

Industry analysis of the deal, and why it matters: iLottery coverage of supplier-state agreements shows digital instant content is where lotteries chase growth as retail draw sales mature, and market reports indicate five-year platform deals are the format states prefer, because content roadmaps need a longer horizon than an annual license gives.
